Intern — Political, Operations
Nameless Famous is a full-service creative agency in Nashville. Our political & public affairs division runs digital, communications, and operations for political campaigns, advocacy organizations, and public affairs clients. We're looking for an operations intern who's organized, fast, and unflappable: someone who keeps campaigns moving when timelines are short and the stakes are real.
Responsibilities
- →Support day-to-day campaign operations: scheduling, vendor coordination, task tracking, and deadline management
- →Help build and QA digital outreach — SMS/MMS sends, email campaigns, and landing pages — including compliance details (opt-in language, disclaimers, HELP/STOP responses)
- →Maintain contact lists, data hygiene, and reporting across campaign tools and platforms
- →Assist with ad trafficking, UTM tracking, insertion orders, and basic performance reporting
- →Coordinate logistics for events, mailings, and deliverables across multiple clients
- →Document processes and keep project files, trackers, and shared drives organized
Requirements
- →Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines at once
- →Comfort with spreadsheets and digital tools; willingness to learn campaign and ad platforms quickly
- →Clear written communication and attention to detail
- →A self-starter mindset and discretion around confidential client and campaign information
- →Interest in politics, advocacy, or public affairs
- →Familiarity with CRMs, ad platforms, SMS tools, or basic data/analytics is a bonus, not a requirement
Details
Part-time or full-time, flexible around class schedules. Paid according to experience and ability. Open to current students and recent grads. Strong performers may be considered for ongoing contract or full-time roles.
